Cost of Circumcision

Effective December 1, 2025, we no longer accept insurance for newborn circumcision. The following fee schedule will be applicable:

Current fee schedule–$500 for babies under 28 days. A price increase will occur on July 1, 2026 and the new fee will be $600.

Currently, $650 for babies between 29 and 40 days of age. A price increase will occur on July 1, 2026 and the new fee will be $750.

A baby older than 40 days cannot be circumcised in our office unless he was born prematurely.

We cannot supply a claim bill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

We accept the following forms of payment: credit card, including HSA card, CareCredit, or cash.
