Cost of circumcision

We no longer accept insurance for newborn circumcision. 

Current fee schedule:

$600 for babies under 28 days

$750 for babies between 29 and 40 days of age

A baby older than 40 days cannot be circumcised in our office unless he was born prematurely.
We cannot supply a claim bill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

We accept the following forms of payment: credit card, including HSA card, CareCredit, or cash.

Insurance & Payment Policy

Circumcision services are provided on a self-pay basis only. We do not submit claims to insurance companies for circumcision services. In addition, we are unable to provide insurance claim forms, superbills, or other documentation intended for submission to an insurance company for reimbursement.

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, including Health Savings Account (HSA) cards.

Patients should understand that they are responsible for the full cost of the service and should not expect reimbursement from their health insurance plan.
